The one-time, federally funded California Mortgage Relief Program has awarded all homeowner grants and will not receive any more funding.

Also, the California Mortgage Relief Program has arranged for no-cost legal aid assistance for homeowners in need. The California Mortgage Relief Program has provided hundreds of millions of dollars in critical assistance to thousands of California homeowners struggling with financial hardships.
Eligible homeowners have received grants up to $80,000 that never have to be paid back to help with missed mortgage payments, late property taxes, loan deferrals, partial claims, or other homeowner financial hardships.
